It is a Montgomery County, Kentucky records reference, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference site, independent of every public office. It cannot store or issue official criminal records, conduct an official check, or file a document for a visitor.
Its role is to identify Montgomery County custodians and Kentucky systems, including the sheriff, circuit clerk, AOCFastCheck, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect readers with independently operated search tools.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
